Return Process

  Log into our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all Japanese boutique tags and protective seals are intact.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided by our system and drop your package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the garment at our Tokyo warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
